i think for a school this kind, a swimming pool is almost a "hygiene" facility - i did click a yes.
However, a) security and rules of usage need to be strictly enforced
b) i wd not like this to be an "extra" for fees
A swimming pool is a luxury. The amount of time it takes to get a class to change, go in the pool, and then shower afterwards is much longer than a PE period.
If its going to mainly afterschool, then its more of a status symbol.
And how many months will it be used?
Maybe for weekends at the 'Inventure Club'?
The question also to be asked is where is all the water going to come from? High evaporation rates are to be expected and so filling it up monthly at least should be planned.
Of course, its a great idea, practical difficulties and challenges need to be considered.
